Investigation suggests that automake 1.11.x doesn't support
AM_TESTS_ENVIRONMENT (it's only mentioned once in the code, and that's to
unset it; it's not mentioned in the docs).
Hence I think your conclusion is correct.
Could some other maintainer please fix GNU hello? This may sound silly, but
I've given up programming for the Christian season of Lent, which ends
April 20th.
