  Hello, i wanted to congratulate your altruist work
for the gnu community, i wanted to ask you if you
could implement the htc program(client) in a cgi
script (written in Perl), so i can upload that script
to my web space provider and use it to reach html
pages that are blocked by my organization´s proxy
(squid). Let me know if that feature is too hard to
develop it...I think there are a lot of people in my
situation...
Note: Im a beginner C and Delphi programmer but I
havent study network programming... Thanks for read
