If you follow this link[1], you will find the task and the todo
lists. They are generally up to date.
As for what is a priority: everyone has their own. A question that
you need to ask yourself is: what do I want to do with the Hurd? If
you can answer that, then determining what a priority is for your
should be quite easy.
