Patch for GCC-3.04 / C++

Is Kettenis or some gcc hacker-type still watching on this list?  The
following patch appears to be required for building a g++
cross-compiler.  Basically, otherwise the libstdc++ symlinks all point
to newlib header files.

If I need to send this to a gcc list, let me know.
