*Unofficial* HurdDevelopers and status page

Hi,

I've created a rough page (data is from my memory) available at:

Please update the data on the page as you are working on things for the
Hurd.  I've attached the page data to this email for easy reference.

This is an experiment.  If you don't want your name on there, just edit
the page and remove your name or email me directly and I will do it for
you.
