I use the latest gnumach CVS source and Debian oskit package
plus patch from Wagi and Debian.

In addition to the other answers you might want to verify that the resulting OSKit really is built correctly.
When calling configure on the OSKit you must ensure that


is present. That was missing from your "OSKit compilation and installation and PCMCI support" email, sent earlier to this list. That option is present in the debian/rules file and is definately needed for Linux drivers trying to read BIOS configuration data in the lower address spectrum. Addresses that otherwise trigger "page zero" trapping. It might not be lacking from your build but pointing it out might help someone else with similar problems.
