It's not broken. That bug is there to remind me to improve the package
dependencies.
Ccmalloc isn't dependent on GCC 2.95 per se. It's just that we build
a stub for each supported version of g++. So if 2.95 goes away, I'll
just remove that build-dep. No problem.
