This is called the ``X11 License'' (see
<http://www.xfree86.org/3.3.6/COPYRIGHT2.html#3>) and is compatible with
the GPL, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#X11License>.
Someone may want to double-check, I only had a quick look.
