I'll try to be more clear that these are only my personal hopes next time.
I thought that adding "the current effort is focussed on gnumach" would
suffice to make it clear, that Viengoos is just a hope.
I didn't find a good wording of "the Hurd currently uses gnumach and this is
not likely to change for some years. There is a research project which might
become a better base for the Hurd, but it isn't yet complete, so we can't say
anything decisive about it."
(that's what I wanted to say)
If you know a way to express that without having it sound commpletely awkward,
please write it!
