Well, in this case the content actually was mostly from an email of mine,
I'd say.  :-)

Well, I have done some enhancement to it, the usage policy is clear
enough (and for everyone to follow, not just us two), and I think that
the page already is ``good enough'' to be part of the main set of pages,
so I moved it already now:
