IRC meeting schedule during summer session

Hi,

Like last year, we want to meet twice a week during the summer months,
to get more regular feedback from the GSoC students during the hot
coding period.

We tentatively scheduled the meetings for Mondays and Thursdays (like
last year), keeping 10:30 UTC as the starting time. This is fine with
all the students, mentors, and former students who were present at the
last meeting. We hope that this is also fine for other interested people
:-)
