Yes, as an RPC.  The declaration and definition
are thus generated during the glibc build into
build_tree/mach/RPC_thread_terminate_release.c and

But did you install the updated .defs file?  That's what RPC stubs are
generated from.

That should be fine, yes, IIRC I left a thread_terminate call just
below, which should work enough for your needs.
