Okay, I've sent what I used to build it.  I haven't yet built older
compilers to test compatibility.  (Also I think I first sent it while
my client was configured with the wrong From address, so please ignore
the patch if it's not from this address.)

The new generated functions all get an additional
"mach_msg_type_name_t *msgportPoly" parameter and none of the callers
were updated, so they all fail to compile with "too few arguments"
