See the bits about “Webpages repository” at
<https://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=hurd>.  Essentially you need to
commit HTML pages to CVS (!) and they are eventually updated on gnu.org.

To generate Texinfo manual web pages similar to
<https://gnu.org/s/guix/manual>, you can use the gendocs.sh script from
Gnulib, which is quite convenient.
