Yes, I think so.

Except:

- fcntl-internal.h file needs a description in the first line (I
  couldn't have come up with a meaningful description)
- verify.h is under GPL3+ but should be under LGPL2.1 as was pointed by
  Joseph, also he suggested to replace it with _Static_assert. So I was
  thinking to look into it after I will have finish all branches.

And I'm sorry to not post this information together with the patches.
