The  Guix HURD image I downloaded was from https://guix.gnu.org/en/download/latest/


It can be used to boot a KVM (guest VM) as a GNU/Hurd system on x86 (32-bit)

I don't know where images etc. are available for Guix Hurd, but probably
people on the bug-hurd@ list will know.
