An nor is it meant to be because it is a WIN32 ONLY module, as you would
see if you looked at its contents.
see the makefile.mingw32 which is the right makefile for ming.
I've no means of verifying if makefile.mingw32 is correct as I've not
the resources to test it, however if you do get it working, please send
an updated version and I'll put it in the next release.
