Hello,
I have noticed that FTP sends an IP packet with TOS field == 16 :
after the initial 3-way handshake of TCP - right when trying to send the
username
packet, it sends it on an IP packet with TOS of 16, and as far as I know
the TOS field is not used anymore.
Please let me know if it is really a bug.
