Hi folks,
We are a totally gnu based system here, and I'm just trying to update the
inetutils stuff. However, I get this error:
Ailsa[42] ~/inetutils-1.3b>make
make -C glob all
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/rhfreeman/inetutils-1.3b/glob'
make[1]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/rhfreeman/inetutils-1.3b/glob'
make -C libtelnet all
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/rhfreeman/inetutils-1.3b/libtelnet'
make[1]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/rhfreeman/inetutils-1.3b/libtelnet'
make -C libinetutils all
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/rhfreeman/inetutils-1.3b/libinetutils'
gcc -g -O2 -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I../include -c -o hstrerror.o hstrerror.c
hstrerror.c:35: conflicting types for `hstrerror'
/usr/include/netdb.h:227: previous declaration of `hstrerror'
make[1]: *** [hstrerror.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/rhfreeman/inetutils-1.3b/libinetutils'
make: *** [libinetutils-all] Error 2
And then I'm in trouble. It doesn't seem to have been worked on in a bit,
but any chance of a fix?
Thanks,
Rich
