[bug-inetutils] finger[d] incorporation in inetutils ok

rms gave his blessing to decommissioning finger as a separate package
and incorporating it in inetutils.  So please go ahead with that.
(Chris Cooper has remained uncontactable.)

The finger areas on ftp.gnu.org and www.gnu.org will be updated to
reflect this soonly.

FWIW, I note there is another free fingerd listed at
http://directory.fsf.org/project/fingerd.
