Looks much better, but I still question the order expressed in

  17 'tftp'
  18 'inetd'
  19 'syslogd'
  20 'ftpd'
  21 'rexecd'

Thus the first three servers, i.e., chapters 18, 19 and 20, are still
tossed around with a dice. A permutation is not enough, as 'syslogd'
must be displaced downward.
