I now see that my answer on 2010-01-03 did not get through, either because of
a deficient web interface to my mailbox, or because of missing double-quotes
around your name in the mail header (non-ASCII names must be enclosed in
double-quotes, accoerding to the RFCs).

It's good that you asked again. I resent it now.
