I've included the unigbrk modules in libunistring now, with your documentation,
and added you to the AUTHORS file.

With this new addition, I start thinking about a release of version 0.10 or 1.0.
Before that version, however, I'd like to add your prev/next iteration functions
(haven't forgotten about it) and to redesign the APIs for scripts and blocks
(triggered by Simon's recent remarks).
