Time signature spacing

Hi,

It looks like when the time signature is "C", there's more spacing
around it than when it drawn with numbers (4/4). I've looked at
feta-timesig.mf with gftodvi and it looks like the bounding box is
unnecessarily wide. Is there a reason for this, or is it a bug in the
font ? Other time signature symbols seem to suffer from the same
oddity.
