Doc error? - install doc 2.3.6

Saw Han-Wen's note about 2.3.7 so I thought I'd check it out.  (I note that 
2.3.7 is not listed on the download page yet - grabbed it through manually 
changing the URL.)

I still build Lilypond manually (SuSE 8.2 with all prereqs customized).  SInce 
I'm one of those who has been stuck in the 2.2 world, I needed to refer to 
the install doc.

discusses Running Requirements.  My question- what's the difference between 
"GUILE (version 1.6.0 or newer)" and "GUILE 1.6.0, or newer" from that table?
