Have you checked in any printed scores how it's done?
I'm sure that there's no strict rule, but that the most
common solution is to use separate bar numbers for the
first and second ending. After all, the main point of
the bar numbers is that they are unique and the same
in all the parts. What might cause a problem is if
different players use different editions of the same music
with separate bar numbers. I've experienced this a number
of times playing in orchestras.
