     wget lilypond.org/download/binaries/linux-x86/lilypond-2.7.27-3.linux.sh
     chmod +x lilypond-2.7.27-3.linux.sh
     ./lilypond-2.7.27-3.linux.sh

Can you please post the error that you get?  We cannot fix it if all we
know is: it breaks for me.
