Not from me, sorry.  If the 2.9 version is working (my local copy 
certainly is), I'm not going to spend much time investigating why it 
isn't working in 2.8.  (sorry, I just had a frustrating week with 
low-level lilypond doc stuff; it's too early for me to get involved in 
that again)

If you supply a fix I'll be happy to include it in 2.8, though.  :)
