Nice try, but not a bug.
Bugs are when the expected behavior (as described in the docs) differs
from what lily does. I think you can fix this yourself :)

To graphically display the dimensions of properties that may be altered

All units dimensions are measured in staff spaces. The pairs (a,b) are
intervals, where a is the lower edge and b the upper edge of the
interval.

Isn't left-margin a "property that may be altered for page formatting"?
... or are you saying that I should fix this bug by altering the docs
to say "To graphically display the **vertical** dimensions..." ?
That's not a problem.
