When viewing the details of the copying for the installation, I noticed the
following about a page or two from the end:
Copy to c:\program files\LilyPond\usr\bin\gs.exe
Copy failed
Copy to c:\program files\LilyPond\usr\etc\fonts\fonts.conf.in
I'm not sure exactly what failed, but it's position seems to indicate it might
have something to do with the .ps files not working with gsview. Other than
that, I'm not sure what it would be.
