\version in 2.9.9

Hello,

I've noticed that \version doesn't seem to be recognized by Lilypond 2.9.9, in
Windows 2000.  It was recognized in all previous versions that I've used.  This
isn't a huge deal, though; it just adds a little text to my command line,
telling me to add \version "2.9.9" (even if it's already there).
