Issue 162: define-markup-command in .ly leaks memory
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=162
Comment #3 by nicolas.sceaux:
- use a `define-builtin-markup-commands' macro for builtin commands (typically
in scm/define-markup-
commands.scm). The commands are defined in (lily) module;
- a `define-markup-command' macro is defined in ly/markup-init.ly, to be used in user files. It makes the user
commands to be defined in the toplevel ly module.
