What do you think about using the order of notes within a chord?
I mean the order in the input file, not in the output. The first note
in the first chord should be paired with the first note in the second
chord, and so on.
Here an example to have glissandi lines only for the outer voices:
<d\glissando a'\glissando f> <c c' e, g>
