This seems to be a memory bloat issue rather than a page-breaking-is-slow
issue, so I might let people who are more knowledgeable about lilypond's
memory use step in here.

Yes, I can confirm that 2.10 (and 2.11) seem to use a significant amount more
memory than 2.8.
