Issue 454: beamlets have different length

New issue report by lemzwerg:
\version "2.11.31"

\header { texidoc = "
Beamlets should always have the same length.

Here is a counterexample: The presence of an accidental
attached to the fourth note (transparent here for demonstration
purposes) makes the beamlet attached to the third note longer
for no good reason. Given the fact that currently no
collisions between beams and accidentals are handled, this
lengthening can cause even more collisions.
