Yeah, I can't run it on Leopard either... the only way to quit is to 
right-click it in the Dock. Only menu that
appears is the application menu (the one with LilyPond in bold). No 
other menus appear, there are no keyboard
shortcuts. All I can do is type in the window or close it.
