not enough space after prefatory matter if
accidental comes first:
When the first note on a line has an accidental,
not enough space is given to the left of it. See
Kurt Stone: Music Notation in the Twentieth
Century, pp.44-45. At its worst, this can look
look deceptively like the wrong key signature!
