Lilypad v2.12.2 running on Mac G4 Powerbook under OSX v3.9
A grace note at the start of the first bar causes redundant
and default clefs and time signatures to be printed, splitting
the grace note from its companion note.
A workaround is to prefix an initial rest bar.
