Either launched from the GUI or from the Terminal, LilyPond 2.13.3 now
works fine on both Tiger and Leopard PPC (except for convert-ly, see issue
764).

With one caveat though: while the ps files are generated without a glitch,
the PDF conversion fails with:
<< gs -q -dSAFER -dDEVICEWIDTHPOINTS=595.28 -dDEVICEHEIGHTPOINTS=841.89
-dCompatibilityLevel=1.4 -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -r1200 -sDEVICE=pdfwrite
-sOutputFile="./Untitled.pdf" -c .setpdfwrite -f "Untitled.ps" >> (256)

(on both systems)
