Apparently there wasn't all _that_ much interest.

I've updated the instructions in CG 6.2.  They should appear on
kainhofer within 12 hours (if you see page that doesn't mention
Type-Build, then it's an old version).

We'll wait for a week after 2.13.10, to give people time to view the
new guidelines on the official webpage.  At that point, if there's no
objections, I'll update the issue infrastructure accordingly, and then
the issues can start being re-classified.
