LilyPond is an ideal format for blind composers+typesetters.  Our docs are  
mostly accessible, but not entirely.  It would be nice if somebody  
seriously made our the docs fully accessible.

Estimated: 50 hours, assuming previous familiarity with our doc policy and  
doc editing, and at least vague knowledge of the doc build process.  I'm  
not going to hold anybody's hand on this task; don't start it unless you  
know what you're doing.  If you really care about this task but know  
nothing, then spend a few weeks doing small tasks to learn the ropes first.
