Thanks for letting us know!  In the future, though, just let the Bug
Meister know privately; he can fill in for you.

For the record, the Bug Meister is now Phil Holmes.  I'm still helping
out for the next few weeks as we figure out exactly what the Bug
Meister should do (and how to do it!).  But let's get in the habit of
going to him by default.

I've updated the CG with this info; changes will be visible when
2.13.30 is out.  I also added a few more instructions for checking the
regtests... they're not complete, but they represent the sum of my
knowledge on the subject.  :|
Hopefully we can sort this out over the next few weeks.
