By "them", I mean "in the docs for 2.14".

No; 989 is now specifically for 2.12.3 regtests.  Anything added
in 2.13 comes under 1217, which is *not* release-blocking.  No, I
don't want to talk about it until 2.15 starts.

Long story short:
- get that patch approved by Mike.
- then you (Carl) write+push NR material for these diagrams.
- then you (Carl) add something to Changes.
