That patch only fixes all warnings on 32 bit systems. Purportedly (and  
that's what this report is about) on 64 bit systems there are many  
conversion warnings, because our code doesn't properly use size_t etc.

So, this report is actually not fixed. The patch in comment 4 is still  
relevant.
