That's a regression. The regtest should print out "0.19" (i.e. two decimals after the comma), while it prints 8 decimals with that patch.

That output is done in scm/layout-beam.scm, but I don't understand where it's coming from, because we use the same placeholder (~S) for the ly:message, which also uses ly:format. And that message contains the correct two decimals.
