Rietveld: All replies cc'ed to  address@hidden will be
          appended to the patch as a comment.

Issue tracker: NO email replies will be appended to the tracker at all. 
               Also, no replies to code reviews on rietveld will ever be 
               added as a comment. You'll have to add any comment there 
               manually (which means all email replies to bug-lilypond will
               be lost!!!!).
