I don't see any commits in git, so no, "all" is not up to date.
In particular, Eluze is not going to see the snippet in the
official docs until somebody does more work.

Run makelsr locally.  Then read CG 7.4 and do that.  Ask Valentin
or Neil for help, or put up with me.
