Graham, do you happen to have opened the diff?

I glanced at it, but I assume that if it worked, Phil would have
pushed it by now. Or that he _will_ push it once there is a clear
set of instructions for pushing to staging.

I believe Phil is waiting to know how the Mary-go-round settles. Only
thing is that he has not told if he has noticed some sort of
"improvement" after applying the change.

I saw your comment that you got "lots of bad links" so I thought
something was wrong with the patch, but perhaps that's normal for
translations.

This has been the first time I have ever read Czech text, and I noticed
some "mistakes" in the use of @refs. Those are mostly @rusername{Czech}
instead of @rusername{English,Czech}, but I would need one full day of
work to correct them (comparing with English and Spanish and French)
since I'm unable to build with "-j" on my dual core (this now takes 50
minutes for a full doc build).

And I already have 7 commits awaiting to be pushed (I want to build from scratch before).

Following Julien's work on http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1852, you should now be able to run make doc for a fresh build, edit a file and run make doc again. It _should_ only rebuild changed docs. This should speed things up.
