in order to customize one single header (or footer or title) element (for
instance typesetting the "poet" in sans-serif font), one has to redefine  
all the
header elements in bookTitleMarkup, including those that won't change.

It could be nice to make possible individual customization of header (or  
footer
or title) elements.
