The only reference I could find for lyqi is Nicolas Sceaux's site

This is NOT Lilypond Documentation.

This is a developer's own 'utility', I suggest you take it up with Mr
Sceaux. His contact details are on the website, but he also reads
these lists too.

However if there is a specific place in the LilyPond documentation you
are referring to, then I'd be happy to update it.
